[Resolved] Message This site is registered on ToolsetCom as a development site

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The customer encountered a message related to a Toolset license key and needed assistance to understand how to manage site registration and the use of the key.

Solution:

We explained that if the site is registered as a development site, it must be "published" to convert it to a production site. This can be done from the WordPress dashboard or the Toolset account page. The license key is used to validate the Toolset license and can be entered via the WordPress admin under Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab > (Un)Register Toolset link. The green check marks indicate that the plugins are up-to-date, while red checks signify that updates are needed.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi there

If you have registered a site as a development site then you must "publish" the site, which will switch the site from being a development site to a production site.

There should be a notice in the WordPress dashboard about this being a development site with a link to publish it.

If you don't see that, you can go to your list of sites on your account page (https://toolset.com/account/sites/) and publish the site from there.

To do that, click the chain link for the site in question (as seen in the screenshot).

Hello there,

The key is used to validate your license, you're able to enter it when you first set up Toolset or if you go to wp-admin > Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab > (Un)Register Toolset link.

The checks represent the plugins that you have installed in your site. If they're up-to-date, you'll se a green check, otherwise you'll see a red one informing you that you need to update.

But this information is also available in the wp-admin > Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab.
