I have several markers on my map, but when I click them I cannot see the popup. I am also not able to pan the map or use any of the controls.

In this case, it looks like another HTML element is overlapping the map, preventing interactions. Try reworking the CSS z-indexes to put the map on top of the other element.

Marker popup not displaying

This support ticket is created 5 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

I am trying to: View map marker popups

I expected to see: I expect to see the post title and some custom fields in the marker popup.

Instead, I got: But when I click the marker nothing happens, no popup opens.

If I look in the code I can see that the marker is there and the popup information is there, it is just that the popup is not opening when you click the marker.
