Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm tying to add a Maps block but it cannot be previewed ever. It works when I save the page and open the view, but since the block cannot be previewed, I cannot set any settings for it.

I realised that if the settings tab is closed, then Maps block will render on the editor. Whenever I click on the block and open the settings, it'll show the error message again.

I see this Javascript error on the console:

react_devtools_backend.js:4026 TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No. I looked at some similar questions but couldn't find one a solution there.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?
Website is not live yet.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange.

I would like to have debug information that will help us to debug and investigate your issue:

Do you see the same issue when you deactivate other third-party plugins and with default theme? If yes:
- Can you please share problem URL where I can see the issue as well as admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Were you able to investigate the issue?

Yes - I can see the issue on your site but we do not recommend to debug on the live site.

Can you please send me duplicator copy of your site for further investigation:

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Duplicator plugin is not compatible with wordpress.com so I cannot use that. I have backups from Jetpack if that would be helpful.

Is it possible for you to send me "All in one WP Migration" package:
=> https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I accidentally sent the message public. Can you mark it private again please?

I found that when I deactivate the "Gutenberg" add-on plugin you added then it seems map works just fine.

Can you please confirm the same at your end as well.

#2473455

Yes!! Thank you.

Gutenberg plugin is installed by default on wordpress.com so I didn't think that it might be the problem. Also on the website, it says Toolset works with Gutenberg: https://toolset.com/features/how-to-build-advanced-sites-with-gutenberg-and-no-coding/

Should I keep it disabled? Can I enable it (if I need it) after I configure the pages?

I dont thing its required but if you require that plugin then for now disable it and build your posts/pages and once you done with that you can activate it.
