Hi

I'm recreating a ticket for the maps issue I experienced.

I solved partially the issue by deleting one by one each cached address in the parameters.
It would be nice to have an option like "delete all" by the way.

After doing that the maps ar displayed correctly on each property page.

However, the global map displaying all my properties is completely empty, even not showing the earth...

Could you please solve this ?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

What about the need to delete one by one each cached coordinates ?
If doing that, it looks that it's not a "my server" side issue ?

## Please take full backup of your database. ##
You can interact with the database and there is a custom database table "toolset_maps_address_cache" that holds the address information. You may want to interact with that database table and delete the unwanted entries.

I do not get the problem URL. Can you please share that.

This is really strange. Somehow the map is not working at all. I tried to add new map block and even I see the issue with new map block as well.

Can you please try to deactivate the network plugins and check with minimum installation once again and disable and delete the cache and check if that help you to resolve your issue.

Hi Minesh,

I deactivated all the non toolset plugins and deactivated the theme. Same effect.
It display correctly the maps on individual pages, but nothing on the global page.

Have you also disabled the mu-plugins as well?

Also - I've created the following test page where I've only added the map block and the view block you are using on the original page but still its not working.

I can see the few JS errors on the browser's console.

addEventListener() method instead:

The feature will continue to work and there is no plan to decommission
it.

- Can you please try to test the page on different server?
- What if you try to create classic view using map - does that works?
- Are you sure there is no other plugin or any feature that uses the google map?

#2676313

Hi Minesh.

I'm sure no other plugin is using google maps. It can be used with my theme but I do not use it.
When I try to figure out, the theme was not activated so it can't come from there.

What do you mean by " What if you try to create classic view using map - does that works?"

I checked by creating classic view here:

As you can see on the frontend it does not display the correct map:

I'm not sure yet whats causing this but this is something related to server setting or there must be some conflict.

I will require "ALL in one WP migration" copy of your site to debug this further and check what exactly the issue.

Can you please send me copy of your site?

This is really something from your setup that causing the issue. What if you try to move your site to different hosting/server and check if you can see map working on different server.

I found something interesting and that can be a track to follow.

On the global page the map is not displaying. However, as soon as you add a value to the search engine, it's displaying correctly.
It's like when it load the page, a default value was missing...

Sorry - where you need to define the value for search engine?

Hi Minesh !

Best wishes for 2024 ! 😊

To come back to my issue, that's exactly the question I'm asking myself. There is no parameter to set up as its dynamic from the CPT. But the behavior is like there was missing default parameters. Maybe it's a way to explore to find the issue.
I really need to solve that asap. I've tried to create a staging website on WordPress.com, but the issue is still there...
