Hi

My website was working correctly until a few days.
We have issues with the maps that are again placing the position in the middle of nowhere.

Could you please urgently take a look as we enter in a very crucial period where our website needs to be 100% functional.

I can of course give you access to the admin.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I will try to help you as efficient as I can.

Can you please share problem URL where I can see the map and share all required details like what is your expected result.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I would like to know - did you used "Spiderfy overlapping markers" options to display multiple markers on the same location?

I would like to know did you added/updated any plugins or theme recently?

#2673765

Hi Minesh !

I'm using Spidery on the global map. H however in deselecting this option it doesn't change the display.

Concerning the updates I didn't update anything. That's why I'm surprised...
The only recent auto-update is Yoast plugin 3 days ago...

In order to minimize the cause of the issue as well as to ensure there is no conflict with any of the third-party plugins you are using or theme or even WordPress version:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins one by one and check if you find map working normally with any of the x plugin is disabled.
- Do you see any difference?

#2673787

Hi Minesh. I deactivate all of them and still the same effect... no correct display...

That is really strange.

I've created the sandbox site to check this issue with the minimum installation using Toolset plugins.

You can auto-login to site using the following link:

I've created the following test page and you can see the map at top and with the first marker at top on the map if you click it works as expected:

Would you mind taking a copy of your site and test on different server or send me duplicator copy of your site:

Hello Minesh,

I'm not using Duplicator. Feel free to create a backup in order to find the issue.

I try to take backup using "All-in-One WP Migration" plugin and I setup your site on my local server.

As you can see with the following recorded video - the map with marker is working fine as expected:

There must the some blockages or server side cache or minification or do you have any other plugin that uses the google maps? Can you please check with your server authority?
