Maps autocomplete shows foreign adresses first

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Restrict maps autocomplete suggestions

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: Only Spain addresses suggested

Instead, I got: USA addresses suggested first

Maps autocomplete docs tells about "location" parameter, which can restrict suggestions area.
How can we add this restriction to Toolset Address field?

I discussed this with the Maps developer and it's currently not possible to modify the options for autocomplete, it requires a change in the plugin code to create a hook where such a change could be inserted.

He is willing to do so, and I've created an internal request ticket, but I can't say how long it may take, it will be considered along with the other development tasks for Maps.

I suggest you check the release notes for Maps updates to see what is included.

Sorry I don't have a workaround you can use in the meantime.
