I am trying to:
Use maps with the latest version of jQuery

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
The maps loading

Instead, I got:
The maps don't load without shift-refreshing several times when the jQuery Updater is installed and enabled.

They won't load for me at all in Safari regardless of how many time I shift-refresh when the jQuery Updater is enabled.

It works fine in all browsers when the jQuery Updater plugin is disabled.

It looks as though there is a conflict of some kind or that Maps doesn't like jQuery 3.3.1

Is there a workaround so I can continue to use the latest version of jQuery 3.3.1 and have the Maps function as expected.

The site is password protected so please email me or text (503) 995-5350 to get credentials.

Thanks!

It looks like I have the WP and FTP information, but not the basic HTTP authentication, so I'm not able to log in. Can you provide that so I can look at the front-end?

Okay thanks, I am able to see the problem and if I install the plugin on my own site I am able to reproduce the problem. Let me ask my 2nd tier support team for some additional information about the jQuery version requirements for maps. I'll let you know what I find out. This note on the plugin page seems important to note:
"If you are not familiar with beta testing, bugfixing, javascript or running bleeding edge software it`s not recommended."

At this time, we plan to continue supporting the version of jQuery that is bundled with WordPress. Until WordPress begins bundling jQuery 3, we plan to continue requiring jQuery 1.x. So our developers recommend you do not attempt to override the version of jQuery bundled with WordPress. This core WP ticket for updating jQuery was opened 3 years ago and does not seem to be making any progress: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/37110
