[Resolved] Map markers not showing up

This support ticket is created 4 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to display results on a map. The view returns 7 results but only 4 are shown on the map.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No

Is there a similar example that we can see?
No.

Hello there

The site is access restricted, I am not sure how the view is designed in this case.
You have mentioned the view returns 7 results but only 4 are visible in the Map in such case i would recommend checking the Address fields for the missing markers and make sure they have proper address that is recognizable by Google maps.
Also check the browser console for any error.

It would be good if you can share temporary access to the site also let me know the Url where the issue can be seems.
so that I can take a closer look in to the issue.

I think I found the issue. The server is running MySQL 5.5. I found this post https://toolset.com/forums/topic/my-map-isnt-showing-more-than-5-markers-after-moving-my-site/ with the same issue. Time for an update.
