Map Info Window not showing

This support ticket is created 5 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:

Show an info window on a map - was previously working but likely stopped working following an upgrade, now is showing a square / diamond. Content for the info windows are showing in the source code.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

Info window.

Instead, I got:

a square / diamond

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked the page you shared and found that when I click on the map marker it successfully opens up the popup window with the content. Please check the following screenshot.

Do you mean that the popup window should display in the rounded corner or in a different layout?
