Tell us what you are trying to do?
Update Toolset Maps

What is the link to your site?
hidden link

The map is still showing when I go to edit it in Elementor.
It has completely disappeared from the public facing page.

I'm not certain what happened other than I updated to Toolset Views 3.3.4, Types 3.4.4, and Maps 2.0.5 plugins tonight.

Here's the before and after

#1875257

I'm continuing to test this issue.
I reset my staging site to be an exact copy of live in order to test deactivating plugins, themes. and builders.
However, when I did that, the map works on staging. It's an exact copy. But it does not work on live.
This is very odd...

Also tested to see that the API is configured:
"Google API seems to be configured properly."

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange. In order to troubleshoot this issue further I will require temporary access details to your staging site.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I think I figured out the problem.
We use Cloudflare and I have several things running to speed up site load times.
One of those is Rocket Loader
As soon as I turned it off and cleared the edge caches, the map loaded.
This is good except that we need Rocket Loader for the rest of the site.

Ok, I've been able to create a page rule on Cloudflare that turns Rocket Loader off for the page that has the map.
This solves my immediate problem. You may want to test your plugin with Rocket Loader on Cloudflare at some point to see what's wrong.

Can you please check with "Rocket Loader" support if they have any API hook that you can hook in and exclude the page ID where you added the map.

Yes - that page rule is the solution or any hook that offers the exclusion of your desired page.

Thanks for the replies. I'd like to know if Toolset developers figure out the Rocket Loader issue in the future so I can turn it back on for this page.
