Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have a view and I'm trying to show a map with a marker. The marker shows the area of work for a single profesional.

For the map I have selected:

a) Set zoom center and center manually
b) Center the map in the marker when there is only one

The code I use is:

[wpv-map-render map_id="map-13" map_height="400px" fitbounds="off" single_zoom="7"][/wpv-map-render]

When the map shows, it is centered in Latitude 0 and Longitud 0, although I have selected "Center the map in the marker when there is only one".

Is there any documentation that you are following?

https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/maps/maps-shortcodes/#wpv-map-render

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I tried to access the problem URL you shared but it seems in the maintenance mode and I could not able to access it.

Here is a sandbox site where all required Toolset plugins are installed. You can auto-login to the site admin using the following link:
- hidden link

Can you please setup a map there and tell me if you able to reproduce the issue with above sandbox site.

Hi Minesh,

I've tried to install Toolset Views (it was missing in the sandbox) but the wordpress doesn't allow me to activate it.

I need it in order to set up the map into a View.

Recently I gave acces to the website to Christopher. I haven't changed the password yet. If you want to acces into the website to see the problem you can use it.

Thanks.

I've installed and activated the latest view's plugin. Now you can follow to setup and run your test.

Hi,

I've tried to replicate my problem in:

Altought is not exactly the same situation since I add the View into a Shortcode Widget in an Elementor Single Template.

In order to go faster with the solution, I've put the Under Construction mode in off.

So, now you can see the link in my site.

I can see the single marker in the center of the map with the sandbox site I shared:
- hidden link

I can access the problem URL of your site and I just noticed no marker is displayed with map. There must be some issue. Can you please share admin access details so I can review your setup and check whats going wrong with your site.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I could not able to access the site. It's showing me restricted access when I try to access the wp-admin.

Could you please make sure that I should be able to access the site.

Could you please check now: hidden link

With the view that displays the map there was unwanted content templates added at top of the view's loop. Please check the following screenshot: hidden link
=> hidden link

I've just deleted that and I can see map is displayed correctly.
