I am trying to update the current map on scarronline.org under the certified residences tab. It already has filtering capabilities for the map itself but I want it to also filter the list underneath the map by using toolset. Each time I activate toolset it breaks the site. What would the easiest way to go about utilizing toolset to update the map that is currently on the site to allow the capability to filter the list when the map is being filtered?

Well - I'm not sure using what plugin you are displaying the map with filters added on map.
To filter the list below the map, you will require to get action/filter hook. Can you please raise the same question in front of the plugin author using which you are displaying the current map and check with them if they have any action/filter hook that you can use to filter the listing items.
