manually installing update gives white screen

This support ticket is created 6 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: update Toolset Types from version 2.2.23 to 3.0.2

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: working wordpress site

Instead, I got: white screen

Please try this:

1. Delete all Toolset Plugin copies you have on the Site
2. Download them from here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
3. Re-activate them

If that does not work, please disable all other plugins and use a native WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen, and try again.
If the issue persist, please enable WP Debug and tell us what error you see, and as well attach a copy of your site, off possible:
