Make featured image required

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi Christian! One thing I noticed is that I can't make the "Featured Image" required. Is there anyway to do that or would it be better to use a custom image field?

Hello, there's nothing built-in to Toolset to make the Featured Image required in wp-admin. You could use some custom code to make the Featured Image required in a Form, but not in wp-admin. If you'd like to make the image required in both cases, then a custom image field is probably the best way to go.
