I have a client that is wanting to have a site with 14,000 products. They would like the ability to attach the products to a form submission that would then be sent to them to fulfill the order. Almost like each product would have a button that would say something like "Add to Quote". They would have a "cart" with all of these products they are interested in with the ability to submit the form.

Do you have any recommendations for something like this?

Hi, if you're planning to use WooCommerce for the shop and cart (and I recommend you do), you might be able to find a 3rd-party plugin that allows your shoppers to request a quote using their built-in shopping cart system. That's probably your best bet, because Toolset doesn't have something exactly like this built-in. You could probably accomplish it with a somewhat complex system of related posts and Forms, but without WooCommerce you're going to be building a lot of shop and cart functionality from scratch.
