Login (View) Not displaying

This support ticket is created 6 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: create a login page and edit profile page, the shortcodes are inserted but the information is not displaying on either page.

I visited the login page and see that, yes, it is blank.

It would be helpful to see how you have this set up, so I tried to log in with the credentials you provided, but the password was rejected.

Let me mark your next reply as private to get updated credentials—I only need the login credentials, not FTP, thanks.

Hi Paul

You have a template Layout "Layout for pages" assigned to the login page, but the template is empty, it doesn't output anything (see screenshot).

Either don't assign a Layout to that page, or edit the Layout so that it includes a post content cell (which will output the page content).
