This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: When I try to load more posts with an AJAX update, I am shown posts in the wrong language.
Solution: Adjust the settings in WPML > Languages to enable an AJAX cookie.

Hi, you may need to adjust the settings in WPML > Languages to enable an AJAX cookie. Please see the screenshot here for an example. If this doesn't resolve the issue for you, the WPML forum is the appropriate place to get multilingual support. The WPML team is better educated on WPML and will have the most helpful information for you regarding translated content.
