[Resolved] Live site migration

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I am trying to change my live toolset site and development site around as I have archived the old site and made the new site live. How do I do this?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

I have migrated the site and it seems to work but it is still registered as a development site on Toolset and there is one error warning that comes up

I am getting this error code

The support you are providing is appalling and my webpage which is live is saying that my site is registers on toolset as a development site. I DO NOT WANT THIS AND I WANT CLEAR INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO CHANGE IT. I HAVE SPENT 3 HOURS TRYING TO WORK THIS OUT AND IT PROBABLY IS AND CERTAINLY SHOULD BE EASY

With previous reply what you shared is PHP notice and that should not affect the site execution.

With your last reply - well, we are here to help and the Doc I shared is the exact Doc. If you are not getting the issue fixed you are welcome to share admin access details and problem URL.

- Have you tried to unregistere the Toolset site key? if no, you can navigate to:
=> Plugins => Add New => Commercial tab and under Toolset Section you should try to unregister the site key.

Then you should try to register a new site key by following the steps given with the following Doc:

[FYI: You do not need to install OTGS installer plugin - jsut follow the steps]

Even after following the above steps you are not able to resolve your issue, then please share admin access details and I'm happy to investigate the issue further.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

When I try to access the plugins page - it shows me "HTTP ERROR 500":

Can you please tell me where exactly you see that site is development site and also send me FTP/SFTP access details.

I am going to ring Kualo to tell them that you want to work on the site and see where they have got to. I will ask them for the FTP and SFTP codes though I have no idea what this is.

I do not know whether what I did yesterday worked and I managed to make the site the live rather than developmeent site - I did follow your instructions
