I opened the below thread and I believe that I was connected to Live Chat by mistake. It didn't seem like anyone was there.

I closed this topic and have created a new ticket/thread that is now open, so no action needs to be taken. I just wanted to bring it to someone's attention if this is indeed a glitch somewhere.

Hi, thanks for the note. I will keep an eye out for such a recurring issue in the forum and let the management know if there's an ongoing problem.
