[Resolved] Link between views/archive to CPT is gone

This support ticket is created 4 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
After transferring the installation to another server, the views and the archive not linked to the CPT anymore.
See screenshots (1: still there. 2: gone).

The views are still available in the Toolset menu /wp-admin/admin.php?page=views .
But not in the Toolset Dashboard.

What is the link to your site?

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Its a bit difficult to identify what the issue could be without looking at the backend of the site.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can have a look ?

Also how was the migration done because issues like these can occur when a site is being migrated. Finally i'm not seeing any screenshots attached to the thread.

Hello,

Before we do any form of debugging I would recommend that you try to re-migrate the site using this plugin below.
