Hi, i would like to know how i can decide how many posts a user can hav e on my website
I've seen a ticket about it but i dont really understand how to do it

I don't know how to use the cred api
I don't know how to use conditionnal fields on users profiles
Is there any documentation that can help me to understand this process ?

First of all, I will require to understand the flow on your site.
- From where user will submit the post
- what users you want to restrict with how many posts per user for what post type

Can you please share all those required details and once I will review that I will be able to guide you in the right direction.

Users can submit posts from the "annonces" post type
I'want users to have limits based on their roles
i've created custom roles for that purpose
The "author" role will be limited to 1 post
The others roles are "author (2 posts, 3 posts, 4 posts)"
Their limit have to be the number attached to the role

You mean user will submit the posts from backend or using the Toolset form from Frontend?

they can submit from the front-end
now the directory is still under developpement mode because i'm waiting to have that function before launching it

You should adjust the post types and role slug as required with the solution shared with the above link.

If you still require assistance, please share admin access details and problem URL where you want to display the form based on the different roles.
