Is it possible to remove the lightbox white fade in/out and keep the crossfade short without a white crossfade?

I'm not sure what exactly you want. Is lightbox is added using Toolset or you are using third-party library or bootstrap to display the lightbox. If you can share bit more information with few screenshot or video that will help me to understand your current structure and how the lightbox is integration and then I'll be able to guide you in the right direction.

Hi, the lightbox is part of Toolset (/wp-views/vendor/toolset/blocks/public/vendor/lightbox/) and is automatically applied to galleries, which is a nice feature. The only problem is that I cannot find a way to modify its behavior.

I checked with Gallery Block GUI option but there is no such option available to change the fade effect of lightbox available with Gallery block.
