[Resolved] License usign developping site / production site

Hi,

I've bought a licence but i don't know how to manage it with on my Toolset Account Dashboard.
I activated it on my develop site (hidden link) but I need to activate it on my production web site (hidden link), how can I do?
I tried to delete the activation on the develop site but it doesn't work.

Can you help me?

Hi Alessandro,

Thank you for getting in touch.

First you must delete the existing key from your profile on our site at the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/sites/

Then go to your production site and generate a new key following the instructions in the link below.
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

thank you for you reply, now I've activated on the production site.
But how can I use the same licence for both? (Production and develop site)

Hi Alex,

Unfortunately you won't be able to use the key for both given that your account only allows for one site to be registered.

The good thing is you can use the plugins without any issue even if the site isn't registered. You will only need to do the plugin update manually by downloading the files from the link below, then uploading it to your site.
