Hello,

I have an issue with key registration; it seems to be partially accepted. When I search for updates, I don’t see any message (as if the license were active). However, I get an error message when I am in the dashboard (see attached file).

When I check my account with my licenses, it appears there is a problem with site validation (see attached file).

To fix this, I tried adding the license to the wp-config today, but I am not sure if this will resolve the issue.

Can you do something on your end or check the status?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked with our systems team and there is no blockage from this end.

Can you please share admin access details and let me check what's going wrong.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please try to register the site key again:
- hidden link

You can follow the steps given with the following link:
[You should just try to follow the steps - do not require to install any other plugin]

Hello Minesh,

Your help is greatly appreciated, and I thank you for it.

Unfortunately, when I click on "register" in the WordPress back office, I get an alert telling me that I have already saved the key in the wp-config file.
However, this is not the case.

Is there any action I can take to force it?
Should I place the key in the wp-config file to register the site?

Thank you in advance for your response. Wishing you a good start to the week,
Marco

Yes- as per the docs you can register the site key using PHP from wp-config.php file as well:

But please make sure you created the site key with the correct domain.
