Hi,

I am trying to: Add the license key at the site but it says incorrect, we've already added the site in Toolset.

Best,
Paul

Hello Paul and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I just tried to register a new website and it worked without issues. Maybe that was just a temporary problem from our servers.

So, I logged into your website and wanted to register a key for it, but it does not show the section where to register Toolset, it just shows where to register WPML even if WPML is not installed at all. Which is very weird.

Please, deactivate Toolset, then delete it. It won't affect your custom post types as they are saved in the database. Install Toolset again by downloading it from your download page https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
And try again to register it. If you are still encountering the same issue, I'll need to take a copy of your website for further debugging. Please install the Duplicator plugin and prepare a copy of your website, then share its download link in the next reply. Or allow me to do it.

Hi Jamal,

We're still having the same issue.

We tried to add a duplicator plugin but the site has large files that the free version can't handle. Can you do this for us? Thanks!

Thank you! I took a copy of your website and worked on it locally.
It turned out, that the issue was on our servers yesterday, and all we had to do to overcome it is forcing the check-update from the WordPress update page.
Now, the issue is fixed and I was able to register a key for the site. Check this screenshot hidden link
I removed my key from toolset.com to let you register another key from your side.
