[Closed] License key error

I am trying to: add my license to my website

I expected to see:

Instead, I got: Invalid site key for the current site.

Paying special attention to number 3

This should allow you to register successfully.

I did follow that but it doesnt work. The plugin was registered under a different company before and that company no longer maintains our website so we bought our own license. When I try changing them it says its the wrong key for the site

Hi Kyle,

What is the exact URL are you trying to re-register the site with ? As I was able to register the site with my account with no issues at all.

Is it that you're copying and pasting the website url from your browser to register?
