[Resolved] license key

This support ticket is created 4 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello, I have a subscription which expires in 2022-21-07 When I enter the key, why is it refused? awaiting your return greetings burger jc

Can you delete the site key and try again?

Start on your website and from the custom installer page for Toolset follow the link to register the site and get a site key.

That will ensure that the URL registered is an exact match for the actual site.

If that doesn't help, let us know and we'll have someone from the accounts team look into it.
