[Resolved] License

This support ticket is created 6 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key.

I get this error message in the backend even though I have issued and updated the license on the website. No matter what I do I still get this error...

Could you work out what's happening for me please?

I see you have a license which was registered today?

In that case please try to delete the registered site on the Toolset account, and re-register it.
If that does not work, please let me know.

The Plugin will proceed to work, and we will find a solution to the problem as soon as possible if persisting.
I will then try with our own key, and if I cannot spot the issue, I'll ask the systems administrators to look into this.

Yes, it was reissued today as I've been trying to fix the problem.

I've removed and reissued a couple of times today and still getting the error message.
