Layouts Tab Element Does Not Set Active Tab

This support ticket is created 4 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We are trying to set up tabs on this page:

The display correctly on page load and the content switches when you click on a tab; however, the "active" class does not move to the new tab when it is clicked on. The first tab always has the "active" styling.

Thank you for getting in touch.

I would recommend temporarily disabling all the non-toolset plugins to see if the issue is still there.

If it is please let me know and please provide admin access to the website so that I can run further checks on this for you.
