Problem:
The issue here is that the user's Layouts plugin disappears after update.
Solution:
In a case like this I would recommend that you remove the layouts plugin and perform a manual reinstallation of the plugin by downloading it from your accounts page below.

I am trying to: Build a page using Layouts

I expected to see: This page was built with the Layouts Plugin but I no longer see any of the options to edit the page in layouts.
Instead, I got: I no longer see any of the layout options to build any pages. I also do not see the plugin after I install it. I tried to install it again but the folder already exists. How do I get the Layouts tool back? I've cleared by catche on my browser
