[Resolved] Layout with home page doesn't work

Hello,

I have a problem with the home page associated with header and footer.

In layout i have associate Header and Footer Layout with Home Page Layout and we don't see the Header Footer on front end.

It is strange because Header and Footer is associated with other layout and it is working.
Example
- (works) : hidden link
- (doesn't work) : hidden link

I was able to see the issue where your layout isn't being applied.

However which template is this that is being applied to the homepage?

I'm not seeing any relationship to what is being displayed and what is on the backend.

As you cas see on my picture, it is the layout Layout for Page Accueil. It is works, but this layout is a child of Header and Footer (picture)
And Header and footer is not working.

Could you try deleting the layout for this post and recreating it ?

Or try adding the content that is here.

Hi Romane,

Could you let me know when did you start noticing this issue ?

Also it should be noted that the Toolset Starter theme is no longer supported so if this is an issue between Layouts and the theme then we won't be able to provide an update.

Secondly, could you try using a different theme and see if the same issue remains ?

Hi Romane,

I did a test on the duplicator and it seems the issue still remains.

What I would like for you to do is to export your data and reset the site to a fresh install then setup back your layouts and other items.

It seems something might have gone wrong in the entire process and no error is being displayed for the reason which makes it difficult to debug.

I was not able to replicate on a fresh installation of wordpress and I was successfully able to assign a Layout to the homepage and it showed up as intended.
