This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user's layouts are not showing up on the backend.
Solution:
This issue is sometimes caused by a plugin conflict. What I recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again.
If it still doesn't show up, please open a support ticket.
