Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Well - as per our support policy we will entertain only one question per ticket. This will help other users searching on the forum.
In this ticket - I will take care of how to show all the accordions collapsed. I need problem URL and access details as this needs to add custom jquery/Javascript code.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Here is a page on my old site where you can see the accordions.
hidden link
On the current site, it is only showing one accordion. Also, the accordions need to be closed when the page loads and only one should be open at any time.
If someone has one open and clicks another accordion then the one currently open needs to close and the one clicked on needs to open.
Well - I see with the layout that there is only one accordion panel added and that is why its not displaying the other accordion panel.

I request you to first setup your content properly as per your old site:
Please check following image and click on that sign on your layout withing first accordion to create new panel within the single accordion:
