Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I'm working today but please be patient as we have other tickets in the queue and I can not able to jump directly to your ticket.

Have you tried with default theme and minimum set of Toolset plugins?

#430305

Sorry for my reply. Every time i need your help you were so fast and this time i didn't have any answer and i didn't knew if you work or not. Sorry,sorry,sorry....
This theme works good before update. It appeared the post with this layout and all the custom fields appeared.
After that, layout structure is build but custom fields won't filled with values...
I try to rebuild layout but nothing appears (structure yes, but custom field values,no).
Can you help me?

Yes - but I'm going to end my shift after this reply. I will take look at it first thing tomorrow morning. Please kindly hold on.

1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as with the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

2)
I need to check on your install.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

1)
Could you please update WordPress to latest 4.6 version.

2)
Please try to check with (default theme + only toolset plugins) and assign layout to same CPT and try to resolve your issue.

3)
does if makes any difference with divi parent theme?

#430807

Answering your points:
1) Nothing change updating WordPress
2) I check with it with default theme and only toolset pluggins and nothing happens.
3) Nothing happens with divi parent theme activated.

It seems that php call on layout doesn't work. All the other php call (views, custom post, works). I try to create other layouts but it doesn't call any custom field.

I reactivate all pluggins because i have to work with this website. If you need to deactivate all, just do it.

it's not possible that PHP call work for one plugin and for not for other.

Is this your test site?
Can I switch themes and activate/deactivate plugins?

#433197

Sorry about my delay to answer,
At the end we installed a backup in a new domain.
I started to update pluggins one by one and the problem comes by Toolset Divi Integration Divi.
Version 1.3 don't make any problem. When I update to 1.4, appears problems that i explained before.
In the last message you tell if you can enter and change pluggins. Yes, you can do it. We are working in new domain but we can't update Toolset Divi Integration pluggin.
If you change pluggin to 1.3 you'll see that page works good.
Can you try it and tell me something???
