[Resolved] Latest update of Types 3.4.13 doesn't save custom field info

This support ticket is created 3 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The latest update of Types does not save data entered into WYSIWYG fields - it shows as saved in the back end, but when you reload the post the field is empty. Did the usual plugin deactivation to resolve but made no difference. Rolled back to 3.4.12 and working again.

This is a known issue to us and already escalated to our Devs.

For now, you can keep using Types version 3.4.12.

We just publish Types 3.4.14 that contains the fix for this issue. Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version.
