In the wp-admin side.
I am unable to edit the site menus as a result of this error.

The error appeared after I updated Access and Views. Only views is active on the affected website.

Hi Adrian

Errors such as this typically occur because of a conflict between a Toolset plugin and another plugin or the theme.

The first step to isolate any such conflict is to disable non-Toolset plugins or to switch to a standard theme such as twentyseventeen and see if the problem disappears. If so it is a simple process of elimination to see which plugin, for example, conflicts.

If you have a copy of the site on a dev server could you please try these steps and let me know what you find. If you only have the live site where you cannot run such tests I can run the tests for you on a locally copy of your site. See this page for details on how to provide a copy using the Duplicator plugin: https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/.

Let me know how you get on and if needs be I can set your following reply as private to share a link to a copy of your site or access details with me.

Well the conflict spontaneously started only after updating views. no such errors before the update. This means that WP-Views is the issue here.

I had to roll back both Views and Access in order to resolve the issue (latest version of Access with the rolled back version of views together were causing a 500 error on both front and back end of the site.

I think something went wrong with the latest update...

Hello Adrian,

Nigel is on vacation. This is Minesh here and I'll take care of this ticket and try to help you further. Hope this is OK.

Well - could you please make sure that you updated first views plugin and then access - could you confirm you followed this order and does this help to resolve your issue?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
If not - would you mind to update ALL Toolset plugins manually using plugin's page by downloading Toolset plugins from your
account's download page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

If your issue still persist - we need your site copy to debug this issue further:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
