to add the code to wp-config, but it didn't work. It said "You are using an invalid site key defined as the constant OTGS_INSTALLER_SITE_KEY_TOOLSET (most likely in wp-config.php). Please remove it or use the correct value in order to be able to register correctly."
(I tried all 3 codes related to this phillycolleges.org domain in the sites listing.)
I'm reading more -- I don't actually need automatic updates for this staging site. Is there a way to update it manually? I have the most current .zip files.
NOTE: I'm on a staging subdomain and it's https:// -- does that matter? (Just in case it matters, I just registered a new site in my Sites area and used that key -- it didn't help. Still just spinning and spinning.)
I suspect that this is due to the curl issue we currently have with our API. A report has been made on this so our systems team should be working to resolve it.

You can do this by just using ftp to upload the folders of the plugins to the wp-content/plugins folder replacing the previous folders there.
Here is a video that should be able to guide you through this. hidden link
