Is there any documentation that you are following?
yes, I tried already to delete my site key and generated a new key - but it shows me still an invalid key on wordpress
Is there a similar example that we can see?

hidden link actually it is on debug mode, so my site is not active right know..

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you try following the instructions below exactly.
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

If you are copying and pasting the URL then you may not always get the exact url that is required to verify the key.

Once you've tried doing this please let me know the result.

thanks for fast response! I did it exactly the way it's described, tried right now to delete the old key from yesterday, generated a new one - with no success. I get the message "unauthorized key for the actual site"..

Would be great if we can handle somehow.

sorry but I currently not know how to allow your IP address & as well allowing jamaica.. Never did this before.

Is there anybody from germany perhaps who can assist? I really need to use this weekend to work with toolset.. would be great if we can solve quickly.

Hi Alperen,

I managed to get onto the site by using a VPN to change my IP to one from germany.

Checking the site , I can say the site registration works because I was able to register it with my account.

The website URL should be exactly "karaca-consulting.com" when you register the site. What I see on our system is that the site is registered with this URL "hidden link".

Try changing it and let me know if this works because it works for me.

Hi Alperen,

Not sure what is happening but I registered the site by going to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial clicked on Register Toolset and then clicked on the Your Account link.

If this is not what you did then it won't work. You need to follow these steps exactly. When you do it will autogenerate the link and auto register the website with "karaca-consulting.com"

This is what I did and successfully registered the site. See my Screenshot.
