I just purchased toolset types. I am trying to update the version I have 2.2.3 to the current version 3.4.16 - but I get a failed message (see screenshot) - what should I do now? there is no indication as to how to proceed.
Please also confirm to me that this version of toolset types will work with wp php v.8.0.
Awaiting your reply - I just hope this does not make my website crash. I AM NOT A PRO USER, NOTE WELL!!!

tell us what you are trying to do?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Given that you're coming from such an old version of our Types plugin, this would mean that the version of the installer that is on your site is an old one.

My recommendation here is to download the new installer plugin and install Types using that method.

Thanks,

Hi Shane, thanks for your help.
I downloaded otgs installer v.3.0.3 into my computer, and then uploaded it into my WordPress account. But that didn't work for me. So I deleted it.
I noticed on the same download page that one can download the new version of Toolset Types. I did that and uploaded it to my WordPress account and it worked!
I now have the new version of TT up and running. With thanks again for your kind help.
Avi
P.S. I tried switching my website over to php8 - but it then went blank, meaning either Toolset Types or some other plugin or theme is no php8 compatible. Are you sure TT is now php8 compatible?
