Just installed and imported to my site. Trying to create new page

This support ticket is created 6 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: This is a new site and I am importing the files from test site to this site.
As instructions were to create a new submission page, I can't create any pages. Just shows a white screen.

I expected to see: Just a plain white page and not my new page.
I use themify plugin for my sites and I have other sites with same theme.
I am hoping to use this site: hidden link

as my test site for using the toolset plugin, since I had someone help me set it up. So I need to copy the files to use on new sites.
