[Resolved] Javascript error on wp-admin that prevents changing in the visual editor to html

I am trying to:

Edit a post that has a Toolset custom type.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

Inside private dashboard for site.

I expected to see:

Working javascript on the page.

Instead, I got:

Errors in the javascript console:
TypeError: $headers.imagesLoaded is not a function[Learn More] file-wp35.js:14:9
init hidden link i4jQuery
TypeError: i.theButtons is undefined[Learn More] quicktags.min.js:1:2787
getButton hidden link add_bootstrap_components_buttons hidden link init hidden link d hidden link j hidden link <anonymous> hidden link each jQuery
<anonymous> hidden link delay Underscore

And javascript does not function in the page - this means that I cannot switch between Visual & Text editors using the Classic Editor plugin. Also, other third party plugins that are on the page that require javascript do not function.

I do not see this error on: Page, Post, two Toolset custom types. I do see this error on one further Toolset custom type.

I notice that two other users have observed what seems like the same issue but have struggled to replicate:

Hi Angus,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind trying this quickly if you haven't already done so , temporarily disabling all the non-toolset plugins and trying to see if the issue still remains.
