[Resolved] Issues with forms and views

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The user has added a view to an Elementor page, but it was not working.

Solution:
It turns out that the view's shortcode was not saved on the Elementor page.

This support ticket is created 4 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

Could you create the package? I've had problems with my host with duplicator in the past, they tightened security measures some months ago. If you don't succeed, make a database only export, and I send the public_html folder zipped.

I was able to create a Duplicator copy and build it locally. I am still working on this and I'll get back to you as soon as I find something.

It turns out that the shortcode was not saved on the Elementor template, check this screenshot hidden link
Now, It is fixed.

Regarding the form on the modal window, I tried to find it but I could not. However, for support rules, we are able to handle only one issue at a time. This helps us to bring you a better service and also helps other users to find all the information here exposed. For that reason, I have to kindly ask you to open a new thread about that and we'll do our best to help.
