Issues with displaying multiple post types in a view

This support ticket is created 2 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

This is regarding a previous thread that was closed. Last response from Nigel #2271131

I am still having issues with displaying multiple post types.
I select the multiple post types in the content selection of a the view. But they are not all populating as options when trying to select the content for a dynamic image.

Can you clarify what is missing? What are you expecting to see that you cannot?

Let me get access credentials from you so that we can take a look.

You may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Which page/View are we editing?

I think the issue is resolved. The problem was on the home page view. I had selected 3 different post types to be displayed in the view, but only 2 of them were being available as options to select. The one that was not available in the drop down list was, "1 Product Review".

After waiting several hours and going back to it though, the issue seemed to be gone.
