Issue with updating to Types Version 3.3.9

This support ticket is created 4 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Updated the Types plugin

I expected to see: the site working normally

Instead, I got: This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 41 of the file /var/www/wp-content/plugins/types/application/bootstrap.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/www/wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/otgs/ui/loader.php' (include_path='.:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/pear:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php')
