Each form, despite having only a single field in it clears the contents of all the other fields.

Hi, after a bit more investigation I was able to reproduce this on my local environment by replicating your setup more accurately. The reason I was unable to reproduce it before seems to be related to the order in which the Forms are inserted in the page or template. If the Form containing the image field is placed after the Form containing the text field, the image replacement problem does not occur. If the Form with image field is placed before the Form containing another field, the image replacement problem is reproducible. That gives me something to present to the developers as a potential bug. I'll submit that to my 2nd tier team and let you know what I find out.

As a temporary workaround, I have edited the Card - Account - Profile completedness Content Template and moved the [cred_user_form form='edit-profile-picture'] shortcode so that it is at the end of the template, after all the other Form shortcodes. This seems to solve the problem temporarily until we can get the issue addressed in our software. Feel free to test and let me know if I've missed something.

Another quick update - my second tier team has confirmed my analysis and escalated this one to our developers for resolution. I'll keep you posted here as I receive more information or a better workaround.

Thank you for your continued effort.

One thing I can think of, that might be a line of enquiry, is whether there are some settings in the Form Builder mode, which are in use even though the form is built in Expert Mode.

It may be nothing of the sort. Just a hunch.

Yes that's definitely something for our developers to check. I'll pass along your comments, thank you!

Any update on this one?

Hi, our developers have acknowledged the issue and will work on a fix, but I don't have a concrete timeline available just yet. Workarounds include changing the Form placement in terms of the other Forms on the page, and changing the non-image Form submissions to use AJAX. I'll keep you posted as I receive more information.

Hello, I just received information that indicates this issue has been resolved in the latest round of plugin releases. If you have not been prompted to update your Toolset plugins within the past couple of days, you may need to go to wp-admin > Plugins > Add New, then click the "Commercial" tab. Scroll to the Toolset installer panel and click "Check for updates". A local test on the cloned copy of your site indicates the problem has been resolved, and the workarounds I mentioned before are no longer required after updating all Toolset plugins. Please update to the latest versions of all Toolset plugins and let me know if the problem is not completely resolved.
