Hi Team,
We are trying to import and export our post type. Using your documentation with wp all import pro, export pro and toolset add on plugins we have imported the post and relationship, but we are facing the issue while importing the nested terms.
We have nested taxonomies (Parent- child- subchild)
Eg: Science -parent
- chemistry -child
---- lab1 - sub child
---- lab2 - sub child
- physics -child
Mathematics --parent
biology -- parent
Some post have parent and sub child checked and some post have only child and subchild checked. Please find the screenshots attached.
When we export, the export file is exporting the full hierarchy (Parent- child- subchild) irrespective of checked terms. Also while importing using WP All Import Pro , the full hierarchy is being imported. The parent is checked even it is not checked in original post else it uncheck all the parent/child and keep the sub child. Its not working properly when we have several post with different terms checked.
Can you please guide us how can we can import these nested terms properly. Is there any other way to do this?
