I made some kind of change in the dashboard and have caused the company details page not to display correctly.
It should display a list of companies A to Z.
I have a 'Companies' in the dashboard. This is where I input all the details such as phone numbers, etc. As you will see from the image it now displays incorrectly and will not allow me to click and open the entry.

It seems you reported two issues here.
1)
It displays too many columns on admin Company post type listing page. As I can see with the following screenshot:

What if you click on the "Screen Options" button available at top right corner of your CPT "Company" listing page and uncheck the checkbox for your custom fields that you do not wish to display with your listing screen. You should display 3-5 custom fields on listing page.
Can you please share the problem URL where you list company listing from A to Z.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I can see now company listing from A to Z. The issue was your Beaver Builder template was not published. I published that and it back to work as you can see.
