Hi there!

I currently have an issue with my website (www.beucosmetics.com).

My website is available in two languages: french and english. I have a specific part in my website that is a quiz that my users have to take to get their recommended products. A few days ago, this quiz started to have problems in the english version. Some parts of the quiz are in french and some others are in english.

I checked and nothing was changed in my toolset settings and I still see the english and french version of the quiz in my toolset account.

Could you help me solve this issue please?

The exact link to the quiz I am talking about are these:

Thanks a lot.

Hi Andrea,

Thank you for getting in touch, was this site translated using WPML?

Usually Translation issues are handled by our WPML team, however I can take a quick look to see if I can see anything wrong.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can take a look for you ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Andrea,

I see the issue now. The problem is that your texts are not available for translation by WPML. To allow the labels or strings in your form to get translated you must wrap them in the shortcode below.
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/views/views-shortcodes/#wpml-string

Then specify the text domain for the strings and finally just translate the strings using WPML and they should show up correctly.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi,

I am sorry for the late reply.

I understand that I have to wrap the label or strings with the short code [wpml-string context='wpv-views'] [/wpml-string]. But where exactly do I have to this? Is it in toolset directly when I'm translating all the labels? Is it possible for you to show me a screenshot of where I have to do it please?

Thank you

Andréa
