This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Plus Addons blocks were corrupted after translating a page.
Solution:
Problem wasn't with translations at all, the plugin needed an update and client confirmed that the plugin's blocks already had some problems in the past.

I created the CPT Shops. I used the WP editor to build two CPT posts but for some reason some blocks on these pages return an error "unexpected or invalid content", I try to retrieve the block but nothing happens and I cannot edit it anymore.
Could you please look into this? thank you

May I ask for admin access to your website to check the issue in detail? You can create a separate admin user for this purpose, which can be deleted afterwards.
Also please provide following detail to investigate/observe the issue:
- detailed steps to reproduce the issue
- links to pages in admin and on frontend
- screenshots or screen recording if needed to explain
- any other relevant information to observe/investigate the issue
Please remember to take full backup of your website and database before proceeding. However, a staging/test site is highly recommended, because I may need to try some changes/fixes on the site, which may cause conflicts with the live site otherwise.

I observed the issue in your said pages and then noticed that one of the plugin needed an update (The Plus Addons for Block Editor), since one of it's blocks was in use. So apparently, some blocks were back to normal, while a few (a set of 4: Ski Lab, Boot Lab, Bike Lab, Noleggio) are still corrupted.
So I tried to reproduce the issue using these said blocks (using same settings and set of blocks like Row Layout, Section, Advanced Text and TP Button), but everything is working fine. I translated to other languages (copy content from Italian, as well as, Duplicate). And in all cases these are working just fine. Please see test pages having title ".... by WPML".
So my general assessment is that since I am not sure what exactly was your process of creating these pages and then translating them. But may be there was some existing issue within those block plugins and updating one may have solved it.
For now, you'll have to edit your pages, remove those corrupted blocks and recreate that particular area and save. Since these are not Toolset Blocks and issue also does not related to WPML plugins, if you continue to encounter these corrupted blocks, I'll suggest to contact the relevant plugin authors for some insights. Please note, that I also couldn't find any error relating Toolset and/or WPML.
I see. I did have some problems with the Plus Addons container blocks especially when copying and pasting them from one page to another, but this time it seemed somehow linked to the CPT editor. I've rebuilt the blocks and the errors disappeared.
