Hi Kevin,

It would appear that your site may be registered with the incorrect URL.

Would you mind providing me with admin access to the site so that I can check on this further for you?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for the credentials. I was able to log in and confirm the issue. It would appear that the plugins are connecting to our servers correctly.

Can you go ahead and re-register the site as i removed your API key as a test, so can you go ahead and re-add it.

Secondly I would like for you to check with your hosts to ensure that they are not blocking connections to Toolset.com

Thanks,
Shane

Hello @Shane,

Thank you for your reply, so we'll definitely contact to Host Team also we suggest if you can perform any actions in the backend as well from your side if possible so proceed ahead with that or else provide convenient ways to us so that we can do that

Thank You!

Hi Kevin,

I've tried the conventional actions that normally resolves this issue but we need for you to check on the hosts end if they are blocking any connections and then we can look elsewhere for a solution once they are able to confirm that no connections are being blocked.

Thanks,
Shane
